We take great care in making each piece in our collection. Our collection is designed to the highest standards of quality and durability and checked before it leaves the factory.
IO Kids Design warrants to the consumer that the product will be free of manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date of the original purchase.
The warranty excludes defects derived from normal wear and tear, colour fading or any other condition due to the normal passage of time. Other exclusions are damages derived from abuse, accident, alteration, neglect or improper assembly and careless removal of packaging. Our warranty also does not apply to dramatic temperature variations or exposure to unusual conditions, customers own material or other third party materials applied to products as well as damage caused by a carrier other than IO Kids Design.
IO Kids Design will not be liable for incidental, consequential or special damages.
In the case of warranty claim and upon presentation of original receipt and digital photographs we will repair, replace or refund your original piece at our discretion. In case of minor defects we are entitled to give priority to repairing those defects.
